European Fleet Services

Factory-level service for Turo hosts, luxury rental operators, executive fleets, and dealer inventory — BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, and Tesla under one roof.

When the Car Is Inventory, Downtime Is the Real Cost

A different problem than the one retail customers bring us.

For a retail owner, a repair is an inconvenience. For a fleet operator, it is lost revenue for every day the vehicle is off the road — a cancelled booking, a reassigned client, a unit sitting on the lot instead of earning. The repair invoice is rarely the expensive part. The calendar is.

That changes what good service looks like. It means diagnosing correctly the first time instead of throwing parts at a symptom, batching work so a vehicle goes up on the lift once rather than three times, and telling you honestly when something can wait until the unit’s next natural gap. We have been servicing European cars in South Florida for nearly 40 years, and we treat fleet vehicles as what they are: assets with a utilization rate.

What kind of fleets do you service?

European luxury vehicles — the same five brands we service for retail customers, in operator quantities.

We are a European specialist, not a general commercial garage, and that shapes who we are the right shop for. If your fleet is BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, or Tesla, everything we already do applies directly. If it is non-European work trucks or box trucks, you will be better served elsewhere, and we will say so on the first call rather than after you have made the trip:

  • Turo and peer-to-peer rental hosts: Owners running anywhere from a single listing to thirty cars, where a mechanical cancellation costs both the booking and the host rating.
  • Luxury rental operators: High-value inventory where cosmetic and mechanical condition is the product being rented, and a warning light in front of a customer is a refund conversation.
  • Executive and chauffeur sedan fleets: S-Class, 7 Series, A8, and comparable SUVs running airport and corporate transfers, where a no-show is a lost account rather than a lost fare.
  • Uber Black and rideshare operators: European vehicles earning on high daily mileage and constant stop-and-go, where wear arrives faster than the calendar says it should.
  • Dealers and independent lots: European inventory needing recon, safety checks, and pre-sale diagnostics on a timeline set by how fast the unit needs to hit the line.
  • Corporate and small-business executive fleets: Company-owned European vehicles assigned to principals and staff, where one point of contact beats every driver picking their own shop.

There is no minimum fleet size. A Turo host with a single listing gets the same account treatment, the same records, and the same pricing as an operator running thirty units — fleet service here is about how the vehicles are used, not how many you own.

Why Turo and rental hosts bring their cars here

Because a European rental fleet fails in ways a domestic fleet does not, and the failures land in the middle of a booking.

Rental use is brutally hard on the systems these cars are already known for. Guests use full throttle and hard braking far more than owners do, cars sit in the sun between trips, and the vehicle rarely gets the gentle warm-up cycle a private owner gives it. The result is that fleet units surface the same faults as retail cars, just sooner: air suspension compressors, cooling system components, brake wear at two or three times the normal rate, and A/C performance that is merely acceptable on a test drive and unacceptable to a guest in August.

The operational problem, though, is not the failure. It is finding out about it at handoff. A guest photographing a warning light in an airport parking garage costs you the trip, the refund, the review, and the days it takes to recover the vehicle. Catching the same fault during a scheduled inspection costs you a service slot you had already planned around.

  • Turnover inspections: A between-trip check that catches the fluid leak, brake wear, or stored fault code before a guest does.
  • Documented condition reports: Dated digital inspections with photos, which are exactly the evidence that settles a damage claim in your favor.
  • Full fault-code scans: Stored and pending codes read with factory software, so an intermittent fault is caught before it becomes a roadside event.
  • A/C verified under load: Vent temperatures checked properly rather than assumed, because in South Florida a weak system is a guaranteed complaint.
  • Acquisition inspections: A full pre-purchase inspection before you add a unit, so you are not buying someone else’s deferred maintenance.
  • Batched scheduling: Multiple units grouped into planned windows instead of each one becoming its own emergency.

Our location helps here more than it sounds like it should. We are on Tigertail Blvd in Dania Beach, minutes from Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International — which is where most of your handoffs happen anyway. A unit can come off a trip, come to us, and go back into rotation without a cross-county trip in each direction.

What a documented service history is worth to a fleet

On a European vehicle, the service record is a material part of what the unit is worth when you sell it.

Fleet vehicles get sold. It is the back half of the business model, and it is where an under-appreciated amount of the return actually lives. A five-year-old BMW or Porsche with complete, dated, itemized service records from a specialist sells faster and higher than an identical car with a gap in its history — because the buyer’s first move is a pre-purchase inspection, and records are what turn an unknown risk into a known quantity. On a fleet of ten, that difference compounds into real money.

Every visit here produces a digital inspection report with photos, technician notes, mileage, and part detail, attached to the specific VIN. That record does three jobs at once: it protects your resale value, it substantiates damage claims against guests, and it means your own maintenance planning is based on what was actually done rather than what someone remembers doing. Our approach to interval planning is laid out in more detail on our maintenance strategy page, and the inspection standards itself under vehicle inspection standards.

How a fleet account works

We start by looking at the fleet you actually have, not by quoting a package.

Fleets differ enormously — six Teslas doing rideshare miles is a completely different maintenance problem than four Porsches renting on weekends. So the first conversation is about utilization, mileage, and where your downtime actually hurts:

Fleet review. Walk us through your units, their mileage, how hard they are worked, and what has already been failing. This can happen over the phone.
Baseline inspections. We bring the fleet through for a full inspection and fault-code scan so we know the real condition of every VIN rather than the assumed one.
A prioritized plan. Findings sorted into what is urgent, what is scheduled, and what is simply being watched — so you can sequence work around your booking calendar instead of against it.
Ongoing scheduling. Planned service windows by unit, with the same shop and the same records behind every visit. We don’t sell priority-slot promises — what you get is efficient work and an accurate, up-front estimate of how long each job should take, so you can plan rotation around real dates.

The commercial terms are deliberately simple. For the four core European brands we service — Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, and Porsche — savings of 20–40% against dealership service pricing are common, and we guarantee the cost comes in at least 20% below dealer pricing on those brands. We don’t stock loaners, but a free shuttle gets you or your driver where you need to be while the work happens.

One Shop for Five Brands

A mixed European fleet usually forces a compromise: a general shop can take every unit but has factory tooling for none of them, while a dealer has the tooling — for exactly one brand. We built the shop so you do not have to choose.

We service Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, and Tesla in the same building with the factory diagnostic platform for each — XENTRY, ISTA, PIWIS, and ODIS. That means coding, adaptations, and calibrations are completed properly across every unit in your fleet, and your entire service history lives in one system instead of four. You can see the full scope of what we handle on our services page.

Fleet work carries the same 2-Year / 24,000-Mile Warranty as everything else we do — parts and labor, at no additional charge, on every qualified repair.

Brands We Service

Fleet Service Questions

How many vehicles do I need to open a fleet account?

There is no minimum. A Turo host with a single listing gets the same treatment, the same records, and the same pricing as an operator running thirty units — fleet service here is about how the vehicles are used, not how many you own.

How does your pricing compare with the dealership?

For the four core European brands — Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, and Porsche — savings of 20–40% against dealership service pricing are common, and we guarantee the cost comes in at least 20% below dealer pricing on those brands. The diagnostic platforms are the same ones the dealer runs — XENTRY, ISTA, PIWIS, ODIS — so the saving comes out of the rate, not the work.

How quickly can you turn a fleet vehicle around?

We would rather give you a real date than a slogan. Routine service runs on a morning-in, afternoon-out rhythm — mornings are for intake and waiting appointments, afternoons are for getting finished cars out the door. Larger repairs depend on parts and scope, so you get an accurate, up-front estimate of the time required before any work begins, and non-urgent findings can be held for the unit’s next natural gap between bookings.

Do you service Uber Black and other rideshare vehicles?

Yes — if it is one of the five brands we service, a rideshare vehicle is a fleet vehicle by usage: high daily mileage, constant stop-and-go, and revenue lost every day it sits. The same inspection-first approach applies, so brake, suspension, and A/C wear get caught before they cost you a fare.

Can you inspect a car before I add it to my fleet?

Yes, and for rental and Turo operators it is the highest-leverage service we offer. A full pre-purchase inspection tells you what the unit will need in its first year before you commit capital, which is the difference between buying an asset and buying someone else’s deferred maintenance.

Does fleet work carry the same warranty?

Yes. Every qualified repair carries the same 2-Year / 24,000-Mile Warranty on parts and labor, at no additional charge, whether the vehicle belongs to a retail customer or a fleet account.
