We are writing to let you know that we are here for you if you need us. We are comfortable with the safety measures and protocols we have in place. We want to assure you that we are taking appropriate actions to mitigate any risks including a careful and thorough disinfecting of all “touched” surfaces in your car when it is returned.
We are recognized by all current municipalities’ orders and mandates as an “essential” business in recognition of people’s need to have a reliable vehicle. We are happy and proud to do our best to be there for you if you need us.

We are currently offering Pickup and Delivery service of your vehicle if needed for $30.00.
We are utilizing “touchless” reception practices for those of you that prefer to bring your vehicle to our shop yourselves. Please call us in advance so we can discuss any details regarding your vehicle’s needs and be prepared. If any item or issue requires you to demonstrate something or show us something on your vehicle, please be respectful and mindful of the necessary social distancing rules currently in effect to safeguard everyone’s safety, health and well being.
Please be advised that customers are currently not allowed admission into our usual customer lounge due to the proximity and enclosed space shared by Renato and Luis as they attend to you. We have temporarily moved the furnishings of our customer lounge to a separated area near the front entrance of our shop. Upon arrival please park your car and enter our shop through the large opened garage door at the front of our building and place your key on the shelf of the opened window to the customer lounge.
We regrettably have temporarily discontinued personal shuttle service (rides to and from home or work) as we perceive the risk too high for you and our shuttle driver to be constrained in close proximity. We are also discouraging our dear and valued clients from “waiting” at our facility while their cars are being serviced. If you are unable to make other arrangements for drop off and pick up, please utilize the current designated waiting area in a safe and prudent manner or consider the option of our Pickup and Delivery service for $30.00.
Although we can no longer offer a friendly hand in greeting you, we will always have a friendly smile and a warm welcome as we are pleased to continue serving you as your trusted source of all things automotive. We are also temporarily suspending any normal, standard and customary practices that require you to touch a pen or sign for anything up to and including credit card payments. We are comfortable enough in the trust and confidence of our relationships with most of our clients and as always, we will never perform any work or repairs on anyone’s vehicle without you first being comfortable with what we are doing, how much it will cost and when it should be completed.
Upon receipt of your key with a gloved hand, your key and key fob will be sanitized. As your vehicle is assigned for service and evaluation, the technician will sanitize the outer door handle, the interior door release handle, grip and armrest, the steering wheel, shift lever, driver’s seat, center console armrest and all additional “touched” controls necessary during the performance of our work.
Please also rest assured that our entire staff has been briefed, educated and have been practicing safe and prudent social distancing at work and at home utilizing an abundance of caution out of pure rational fear, respect and consideration of themselves and others.
